Silver Fish Information
The Problem
Silverfish are a year round nocturnal pest that resembles a Fish. They are nocturnal, and prefer out of the way, humid, dark areas. The adult lays an average of 100 eggs. Silverfish can damage books and papers, chew marks can be seen on there food along with small dark feces and minute yellowish stains which are associated with feeding. They are not known to transmit disease but are a nuisance and are unsightly.
